Shelly Place is a dually licensed real estate agent in New York and California. She specializes in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City and focuses on cross-country relocations. With over nine years of experience, she has successfully closed more than 70 home sales and 100 rentals.

Having relocated cross-country twice herself, Shelly brings a personal understanding of the challenges and emotions involved in relocation. Her firsthand experience allows her to provide compassionate and expert guidance, making her the ideal partner for clients navigating major moves.

Shelly has lived in an East Village tenement and a Gilded Age townhouse in Brooklyn Heights, as well as in California’s South Bay and Monterey Peninsula, with frequent escapes to Truckee in the Sierras. She now calls the East Bay home. Shelly is extremely passionate about helping people find homes that inspire them and prides herself on exemplary work ethic, expert knowledge, and a deep empathy for her clients.
